Werkingssfeer. Dit Privacy Statement is uitsluitend van toepassing op het gebruik van de websites van de Stichting NHL (NHL). Dit betekent onder meer dat dit Privacy Statement niet van toepassing is op websites van derden die door middel van links met de website zijn verbonden.

Verwerking persoonsgegevens. De NHL verwerkt persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens. De NHL maakt geen gebruik van zogenoemde cookies (een bestandje dat de website bij bezoek op je computer achterlaat). Als je via de websites informatie hebt aangevraagd, zal de NHL je persoonsgegevens gebruiken om je op de hoogte te houden van de activiteiten en diensten van de NHL.
